Recently in March 2010, one of the students at the orphanage who graduated got accepted into the Genesis program. This program helps meet the basic expenses of the child as they go through college or vocational school. Additionally, they will establish a close relationship with a mature adult counsellor to regularly stay in touch with them and help them grow and adapt to living a purposeful and meaningful life in their new studies and life outside of the orphanage. Transitioning out of an institutional setting to living on your own poses many risks and challenges. Having such a trusted and caring adult in the life of the child statistically has shown that they have an 80% more chance of making than without that care.

Our goal is to help children in orphanages through summer and winter camps. These camps are a tremendous time of fun, activities, and healthy relationships. They are full of laughter, good memories and often tears as people say goodbye at the end of the camp, but for the children and the adults the memories live on in all the hearts long after the camps have finished.  Our goal is to encourage the hearts and souls of children without families through out the world.

A thought to ponder.  When Jesus saw how the young children were prevented from coming to him, he was visibly upset and was adamant about letting them be a part of his world. His heart burst with joy as he spent time with them. Our hearts too will experience the same when we reach out and bless the life of a child.
